3. Service Scheduling and Cancellation

Booking Policy

Customers agree to provide accurate vehicle and contact information when booking services. All appointments are confirmed by Eagle Star Detail via phone or email.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund or reschedule without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. No-shows may result in the full service fee being charged.

4. Service Conditions and Limitations

Vehicle Condition

Eagle Star Detail is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or conditions that existed prior to service. Customers are responsible for disclosing any damage or concerns before service begins.

Ceramic Coating Warranty

System X Ceramic Coating warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original vehicle owner. Warranty coverage begins upon completion of installation and proper curing. Warranty claims require proof of proper maintenance and care as outlined in our aftercare instructions.

Liability Limitations

While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, Eagle Star Detail is not liable for damage resulting from:

• Environmental factors or natural disasters
• Improper vehicle maintenance after service
• Accidents or negligence by third parties
• Misuse or failure to follow aftercare instructions

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service completion unless other arrangements have been approved in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments. All prices are in USD.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Any price changes will be communicated before service is performed.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on Eagle Star Detail's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Eagle Star Detail makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Eagle Star Detail or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Eagle Star Detail's website, even if Eagle Star Detail or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
